How to Use
  • Scalp Oil: Add a few drops to a suitable carrier oil before applying to the scalp. Never apply peppermint essential oil directly to the scalp undiluted.
  • Scalp Massage: Massage the diluted blend gently into the scalp, leave on for approximately 10–15 minutes, then shampoo thoroughly.
  • Shampoo or Conditioner: For immediate use, add 1–2 drops to a single portion of shampoo or conditioner in your palm, mix well and use as normal. Avoid adding large amounts directly into the full product bottle.
  • Body Cooling Blend: Add approximately 1 drop to 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of unscented lotion, aloe vera gel or carrier oil and mix thoroughly before application.
  • Massage: Dilute appropriately in a carrier oil and massage onto the body, avoiding sensitive areas.
  • Diffuser: Add approximately 3–5 drops to your diffuser, following the diffuser manufacturer's instructions and recommended water capacity.
  • Patch Test: Test any diluted topical blend on a small area before wider use.
