1. Scalp massage: Warm a small amount and gently massage into scalp and hair. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or overnight for a deep treatment.
2. Hot oil treatment: Mix with other oils (e.g., coconut or castor) and warm gently.
Apply to hair and cover with a cap. Leave for 1–2 hours before washing.
3. Daily care: Rub a few drops between palms and smooth over hair ends to reduce frizz.
